Grab a good book, hang out on the beach, enjoy your friends company, relax and take a nap on the beach.....if you are feeling weird, you can always do a rain check, who says you HAVE to dive? It should be about fun, not doing something at a particular time you are uncomfortable with. Save the super heroic crap for those DIR characters in their all black dive equipment, lol.....
