Take your tank story: US Divers doesn't make a HP tank.
Pressed Steel does. USD then puts their label on it. At
this time, I don't believe anyone besides PSI makes HP
tanks in the USA. So you only need to shop on price, or
maybe based on whether it has a straight or angled DIN valve.
I've dealt substantially with 4 different shops. 3 of
them know me well, and charge me accordingly. In your case,
maybe this isn't the shop to do it. But it's hard to say;
I wasn't there, nor do I know what the owner thinks of it all.
