To sell used gear you don't have to do anything special. I do however always recommend newly bought used gear be takin to a authorized repair center and have the gear checked out. As of this date I don't know of any laws covering non-dealer selling of scuba gear unlike fire arms which can only be sold through a dealer in California. Finally . . what kind of gear do you have? Im always looking for more gear (tanks, regs, bc's, ??? )
