I bought a UK300 and it sucks. It uses 3 C cell batteries that fit in a special battery pack that is suppose polarize the batteries (I guess this is suppose to be better). After giving it a test dive, I find that it's not any brighter then their SL4 and if you remove the batteries out of the battery pack after the dive, the batteries will go dead. I was very disapointed with the light and it now rests in my grave yard of gear that didn't make the cut.
