Ken Kurtis posted some info on rec.scuba. One is definitely
dead - head struck by the prop. Other one is seriously
hurt, but probably ok in the long term.
They were skin diving near a dive boat. A private 30' boat
came along at top speed and didn't notice the boat's crew
honking and waving them away. They did notice hitting someone
though.
One hopes they get charged, and also that local media plays
it up so private boat owners realize that they have some
responsibilities out there.
