Hi everyone. I have been searching surfing for the last 30 minutes and have been unable to find any info on how to get into SCUBA diving. Do I need a license? Are there classes available? Any advise will be appreciated. I live in the Bay Area and hope I do not have to wait a year before the water gets warmer.
