I tried calling on the phone, got an answering machine, left a message, and no one called back. this happened twice on the first item, and once on the second I tried to return. When the phone didn't work, I sent e-mails, again, no response. Remember, I also said this seems to have changed, as the last time I needed to contact a rep., I had no problem on the phone. Also, the first few items i purchased, there was no return info packed with the product. the last item, a couple of weeks ago, did.
