I forgot, There IS the small matter of passing the water skills test which, by the way, I happen to administer. How good ARE you at doff and donning your AGA mask while backing thru an u/w maze upside down with both hands cuffed behind your back? You are allowed to use your left foot (with fin) only, and you can't touch the maze.
