I have driven by it, I have biked by it, I may have even thrown some rocks into it with my son 14 years ago, but I have never dove it. :-) I personally don't know anybody who has dove it.
However, in that nearly every fire dept there is at least one diver, sometimes that one diver even dives the local stuff, so if you want to e mail me, I'll give you the name (don't know any e address, might check and see if Prescott F.D. has an on-line site) of one guy I know who is a cert diver, don't know if he dives local. Might also try Coconino County SO, as most Sheriffs in this state have some sort of Search and Rescue team, and perhaps theirs has some divers.
