I'm glad to see you on this board. Any input will greatly help discussions here. The all or nothing mentality was greatly disturbing me from other pro DIR divers. I'm glad you believe that taking some changes is better than nothing. It would be better than some of these divers that are dressed up like xmas trees. They buy every piece of gear manufactured and then have a hell of a time trying to configure it. I was trained through IANTD with an instructor who implemented the Hogarthian setup. With the deep wrecks (200+ft)here in the Great Lakes of Michigan that configuration helps greatly. Though the one change we made was a 10 ft primary hose for our wreck training. Any thoughts on this. We also have 2 lift bags rolled up and bungeed to the bottom of the backplate. Any advice? Would appreciate any as I keep an open mind. Thanks JJ.
