This is very very sad and the worst possible way to start the New Year.

Here are a few questions, which I would like to see addressed. They are ones that shouldn’t require too much investigation to answer.

· Was Mia Tegner diving with air or another gas mix?
· Was she using a computer? Which one?
· Was her equipment her normal gear?
· Was she using the same gear and gas as the first dive?
· Does a computer show her accent rate and profile?
· What were they?
· Did she empty her tank?
· Did the other divers see her during her dive? When?
· Was it a planned decompression dive?
· Where other divers on that dive doing decompression dives?
· If a decompression dive what special measures where taken?
· Did she board the boat to get another tank or was it passed to her in the water?
· How long did it take?
· Where there other divers in the water at that point?
· Did the boat have oxygen on board?
· Was she asked to come aboard and breath oxygen?
· Was it a commercial dive boat?
· Was there a divemaster on deck?
· Did she get any advice from the crew? What?
· Did she tell anyone what she planned to do? How deep how long?
· Was all safety equipment functioning?
· How much air was in the additional tank?
· What did the additional tank have mounted to it? Just a regulator?
· Why did it float?
· Was it attached to her?
· Did she go back down a decent line?
