What oil rigs to dive? last i heard they were off limits! Grrrrr!
if we let the oil companies drill, they had damn well better let us dive the rigs (both old and new) and to be perfectly fair, open a few of them to the spearos, since those folks supposedly initiated the idea behind the rigs to reefs and they should not get screwed out of the deal.
Still , ten years ago, if someone told me that i'd one day consider an oil rig to be a thing of beauty, i'd have thought they're on dope!
