My busy working schedule does not allowe me to plan ahead, therefore I usually book a boat friday evening in too short of a notice to find a buddy.
For the last 3 years I have never found any problem in finding a dive buddy aboard.
Divers tend to be friendly on boats and Divemasters will always find you someone.
Don't worrie, go ahead....dive
