I have used ScubaPro Jet Fins for years, then I tried IDI frog feet.
The IDI frog foot fin is not their knock off of the jet fin, but a longer narrow rubber fin.
They an equivalent ability as jetfins too kick hard in a stiff current, where most fins give up.
However I find they are a bit better for the slower cruising.
I have tried many types of fins over the years and I would go with either of these choices.
The complete lack of acceleration with the new split fin designs makes them close to useless for me.
A few other very experienced divers and I prefer the IDI frog feet fins.
However most very experienced divers I know prefer the jet fins.

I had an ex-girlfriend who I was beating on air consumption during lobster hunts.
When I gave her my old pair of jet fins, the tables tuned, and she constantly outlasted me.

In my book, either ScubaPro JetFin or IDI Frog Foot are great choices.
Both are old designs that still outperform newer designs.
The IDIs are a bit less expensive, and are available from (blatant plug for advertiser) from DiversDiscount.com

In dive gear, there is a constant barrage of "new, improved" designs. But in most cases the old tried and true designs still work the best.
