Is he bringing my particular back ordered items,
no since the pieces have yet to be manufactured.
That's a typical problem with small growing
companies. It's hard to meet product demands when
you have something people want without growing too
big or too fast too soon.
Quite honestly, I thought their delays in product
deliveries of catalogue items were resolved in
the past qtr.
This is a chance for anyone to give Mr. Carmichael
and Halcyon/Brownie's Third Lung a piece of their
mind while he's here - or at least ask him to make
a call to find out why items undelivered are still
back ordered. I've found Robert more than happy to
personally discuss product delivery problems with
their customers.
