I would hope our procedures are the same as any other person would do and that would be to do what you could to help a fellow diver.
If we were diving deep we use support diver's and if it were me and my buddy had the heart attack I would get the body to the support diver ASAP, if for whatever reason they weren't around I would blow off my deco and get him to the surface asap..
FTR, I would have done the same exact thing prior to adopting the DIR mindset...
