welcome to the area!!

great whites are not really known to frequent our
nearshores too often--if ever--and there is no
great white cage diving here.

you may want to try the backside of catalina isle
during late summer and fall months. the spearfishermen
have sighted them there.

we have other sharks, if you fancy: i think it's
'scuba luv' on catalina isle that does some blue
and/or mako cage dives. then there are the native
horned and swell sharks which you can try to find
under rock reefs--the baby horned sharks are cute
and 'petable'. there are also leopard and 6-gill
sharks that call socal waters their home. you certainly
don't need cage dives for our local sharks.

best wishes.

kelphead.
