Since I usually use the ST95, my weight belt is set for that tank. To compensate for the lighter AL80, I add extra weight when using that tank. When comparing the two scenarios, the tank bouyancy + belt bouyancy is the same. At the end of the dive, the ST95 will be 7.2 lbs lighter than at the start, while the AL80 will onlt loose 6 lbs. Therefore at the end of the dive, I am more bouyant when using a ST95 than an AL80.
