Does anyone out there have information on what groups, organizations, government agencies or commerical interests we can contact, join, pressure or boycott in regards to setting limits on commercial and sport fishing (I'm thinking of those 'death boats' loaded with weekend fishermen out of San Pedro)? If you do, please take the time to post it here. Maybe we can take Jim's example and start taking a more active role in safe-guarding our precious ocean.
