The thing about narcosis is that it's subtle and it's subjective...
Similar to a guy that has a drink or two, one guy maybe fine while the next guy may be drunk off his ass...
But in many respects there is some level of impairment, the only question is how much, and will it effect response time in an emergency, notwithstanding the physiological benefits...
