I thing the customer service is still great. They have the summer crew on board with DM Kevin back from Costa Rica (or where ever it is that he winters down there). If Al was cooking, the galley was not in bad hands. And as to "Jr. Deckhand Jackson", cut the little guy some slack! He is living a life that most of us wish we could have had. And if he wants to watch his videos on the way home, it is always fine with me and the divers I swim with.
And what other boat crew would have scrambled around and found a crewman's wetsuit for me to borrow when I screwed up and packed my dautghter's wetsuit? I have nothing but good to say about the Liberty and her owners and crew.
