Karl,

Two words: center mass.

You should put a smiley on this kind of stuff or something, I almost choked to death on my sandwich when I read it (yeah, lunch at 4:, gotta love this job). I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you are just trying to be funny, cause the whole bit about the DFG and mouths is hillarious. I had a buddy shot in the mouth one time during a paintball game, I guess that means he was being aggressive. Personally, I knew he was aggressive by the paintgun he was pointing. That incident was when we all decided to go buy masks to augment our goggles.

I'm not a shark expert, but don't they often swim with their mouth open to facilitate water movement over the gills?

BTW, if you need something shot just call the CHP. There was an officer who capped a "pet" deer up near Yosemite at a housing development. It came up and nuzzled his hand wanting food. He shooed it away, then thought better of it, and blasted it in front of most of the development (and the family who was hand feeding it). Oh well, shouldn't have acclimated it to humans.
