I'd need depth and BT and an education in helium decompression to accurately answer that question, so I concede.
But if it was me I ascend slowly make stops along the way and my final 10-15' stop would be longer than what you are doing to start, just to be save. If I was that much into deco diving I'd be doing my own dopplers and seeing what my body is capable of and not mimmicing what other peoples are experimenting with. Cutting back as it seemed appropriate.
RMV is a Range-Rover Marine Vehicle capable of .41 knots at idle and will cruise at 6.9 knots. Crieght sake, why didn't someone let me know they changed the term for SAC.
