A couple of decades ago I bought some yellow and orange paint made for SCUBA gear. I think it was really brightly colored wetsuit glue. I bought some at Dive 'N Surf in Redondo and also at Aqua Divers (now American Divers). The stuff was liquid neoprene in a small can with a small brush.
I applied it to my Jet Fins in the mid '70s and it is still as clear as the day I put it on (if only the rest fo the fins had lasted as long -- retired last year). An old wetsuit (now far too small and given to Good Will) still looked good last year. Because it bonded to the neoprene and was capable of stretching, it does not crack or peel.
I have been wanting some of this for a while and nobody I know seems to remember it. Anyone remember it? Anyone know where I can locate some?
