You are a member of PADI, right ? Well, check out their website:

http://www.padi.com/aware/respectwrecks

They even have a link to the UNESCO Authority Addresses in the lower left hand corner.

PADI is supporting legislation that hurts all of us.

First spearfishing, then wreck diving, what's next ?

Karl, are you aware that the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary damn near eliminated SCUBA diving in some zones ?

Some tree hugging eco fascist federal biologist determined that divers were impacting the kelp.

I don't know about you, but I consider myself a little higher up on the scale of importance than seaweed. ( Assuming there ever was "diver impact" on the kelp.)
