Just because someone doesn't die right out of the box isn't dispositive of the notion that poor training killed them.. If you ingrain sloppy and lackadasical mindsets and approachs into OW training, sooner or later that will catch up with you.. Simply because it happens later in one's dive career doesn't excuse the fundamentals..
