I travel to Catalina regularly (2 - 3 times a mo.) on Cat. Express out of San Pedro and have never had any unpleasant experiences. I suggest you contact Ms. Karen Anderson, Passenger Service Coordinator. This link will connect you to their web site. Click on Company Info, then directory to get the address, phone # and names of the company administrators if you need further assistance. Make sure you detail w/ dates, time and name of the crew member you had a problem with.
