Last year on an ice dive (on the 10,000 foot altitude tables!) my Halcyon Argon buckle shattered into about half a dozen pieces when I tried to tighten it. That problem I had to solve with duct tape. :-) Halcyon replaced the strap and buckle no problem.
I think Halcyon's still trying to get their cold weather act together, too much testing only in Florida!
