Ah hem, good customer service is not always guaranteed. You have to shop around for that as much as you do a good deal. Hence my earlier question...
Well, I'll usually give a shop the benefit of the doubt the first time out. Fool me twice, shame on me.
People on this board knock Sport Chalet, but you know, I rarely catch any attitude from the two locations I visit. Sometimes they don't know what they are talking about but at least you can count on them to be friendly.
