Just figured out the discrepancy: my initial fill from empty for 40% has been 730 psi O2; an amount I get from another UK calculator used on UK liveaboards. This new calculator begins a 40% fill with 735.4 psi O2. That accounts for the lower partial fill numbers for subsequent fills. Anyway, the important thing about this calculator is we don't have to completely drain our EANx tanks before refilling, even though the the cost of the fill remains the same.
