We were one of about three boats leaving out of 22nd Street Landing for opening night. Don't know what the other boats did, but we had about 62 lobsters total on a boat of about 24 divers. I got three. Four people limited (about half the total take on the boat) but did so by going DEEP. Biggest on board was 2 - 3 lbs. Went to Dive N'Surf, and at 8 am, the largest bug entered into the contest was 10.18 lbs.
Shared my lobster with my buddy who did not get any. They sure taste great cut in half lengthwise, drizzled with butter and garlic and cooked shell side down on the BBQ. Mmmmmmm!
