Being warm in certain config depends on person. Let me put it this way:

I saw people diving in march (coldest water) in one piece 5mil Henderson + hooded vest. Guy and a girl. Girl didn't look like she was freezing on 4th dive.

I personally dive with two piece 7 mil Xcell + henderson hood and that combo keeps me warm in low 50ties.
