I searched and found this http://www.wstf.nasa.gov/Oxygen/ASTMG4/welder.html among others. This explosion was in a brass NON SCUBA regulator and caused by the reg. mechanic usung the wrong oil type. If that could happen in a Scuba regulator I'd like to know.
