Sounds as if you have a fine coming your way. All bugs must be correctly measured BEFORE they are put in a bag. Although it is hard to avoid Bug Fever, if you don't see any that are definately legal, you need to tell yourself that you will have better luck next dive, rather than taking a chance on a "squeaker".
