You SoCal guys have pretty good dive spots and activities.
No narcs either so you dont have to worry. Most everything is legal these days, or easily accessible, or nobody cares. Just drive north to Mendocino on your next trip to Northern California and see. Be careful what you carry back home. Too much is too much. Dont be a pig.
