And we're echoing the standard line from every agency. Do a stop at 10-20', and have your weighting appropriate so you can do it.
Unless you're grabbing rocks at the end, shorediving doesn't relieve your need to maintain neutral bouyancy at the end of the dive. Or are you kicking downward for the last 10 minutes?
Lots of people dive underweighted or overweighted. Doesn't make it right, or smart.
