It's not about forcing someone to dive one way or the other, it's about advocating a type of diving that is inherently riskier than the norm. I just wish more folks would acknowledge that fact. Certain dive practices aren't for everyone and shouldn't be attempted without the proper training or experience (and sometimes, maybe shouldn't be practiced at all - but that's a discussion for another day).
Steve, you did the responsible thing when you included in your post that "divers who are afraid or inexperienced shouldn't" dive solo. Just wish more folks would do the same.
