Ok..you're definately right about the attitude, but ...why should the average sport diver who has just spent a couple of thousand bucks to experience a night dive on opening night have to let go of his prize catch that is legal "albeit just barely" because we need to worry about over zealous F&G putting the gauge on the bug in such a way that they get a 1/16" error...
It's not the Money issue, although it is hard to believe that this can put a mark on my criminal record...It's the principle of not Letting the government intimidate the average guy.. One guy cant fight the system alone.. and it seems that the majority of Divers think I should just pay the fine and fade away.. I'm going to post a picture of the lobster in question today when I get it from DA.. I'll let you all see it..then I'll decide what to do
