I didn't see the photo. But photographic angles can produce deceiving perceptions like making small objects up close look much larger than they really are. Bob claimed innocent from what I've read and he is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law by a jury of his peers. The Fish and Game no showed. Bob won, case closed.
