At the risk of sounding like I'm tooting my own horn (well . . . okay, I am), I posted the info about this on 11/25/01 (http://diver.net/bbs/messages/24512.shtml) when the notice first came out. Don't know why it took the LA Times almost a month to find all this out or decide it was newsworthy.
