I usually get tylenol, but if ibuprofen is better...
I also take those evil seasick pills some days. Depends if I expect to be reading or sitting in a galley in a swell. I know better and only take them when I know I will be diving shallow.
So what si the best? Aspirin the night before and if I skip breathe and get a headache, ibuprofen?
