Diving conditions at Leo Carrillo on Saturday were absolutely outstanding. Calm water, visibility to 25 feet and lots of bass, sheephead, cabezon and bugs! My dive partner came away with two good size bugs. Went straight out from the small beach by the number 2 lifeguard tower and worked the reefs over to Surfer's Rock. Had a blast! Best diving conditions I've seen in a LONG time. Kelp diving was so nice you would have sworn you were diving Casino Point!
