Adjusustable regs, like the ones used on the Superlite & Bandmasks (DSI 2nd stage, like Abysmal's Explorer adjustables), will work down to 50 psi, though 90 - 110 psi is a more reasonable number.
Argon can be cranked all the way down to 40-60 psi. My first argon bottle had a needle valve on it, no reg. Helps promote "responsible use", only using enough gas in the suit to relieve squeeze.
Never had a 1st freeze up on me with antifreeze kit installed, even when they become encased in half an inch of ice.
