As many of you are probably aware, six Regional Working Groups have been formed by the California Department of Fish and Game. These groups will convene to address the issues related to the formation of a network of Marine Protected Areas in California. Each group consists of a diverse cross section of the stakeholders from each region.

One note: Southern California is represented by two groups, one from Santa Barbara to Ventura, and the other from Los Angeles to San Diego.

A second note: One of the two "Divers Representatives" positions on the L.A./San Diego group was not confirmed at the time DFG posted this information.
