Tim, the thing with a Diver who has taken a Nitrox class is that, they have to plan their dives. This is something most divers don't do.
You see them submerge at the bow of the boat and come back up with big eyes.
I think that the Nitrox class is a class that helps make a better diver.
As far as your 132'scenario: the nitrox diver would have used a 28% mix and would not have died.
