I do not authroize the government to collect information on me without my consent, and while engaging in training for my private hobby, I have an expectation of privacy.
Since I do not give the government my home address or telephone number, I do not expect them to be turned over by my dive instructor.
My home adress is not published or known by the utilities (all in pseudonyms), my vehicles are all registered to a p.o. box,. and the post office does not have my address either.
I do this because I solely chose to control information on me, as it is my right to be left alone and the government has no right to collect such information on me.
