The chances of blowing both bladders depends on the cause. I suppose a puncture or laceration could take them both out at the same time. A bad elbow connection or bad dump valve would only effect one.

There are other issues, though. With 104's, you're probably planning on staying a while. Will the wetsuit keep you warm enough?

The double bladder will certainly add lots of drag. If they're bungied, the bungees will force total evacuation from any leak.

With two inflators, haven't you increased chances of blowing a hose or having a stuck inflator cause a problem. Besides, you got the extra hoses to deal with and get in the way.

If you dive the 104's dry, all these problems go away.
