Eleena, I think you are being selfish or have some self serving interest to want access to sites that are suppose to be the cornerstone for recovery. The reserves are for fish population recovery and not your private playground. Divers disrupt the ecosystem just by there presents there and fish bahavioral patterns are altered. I've seen entire schools of migrating fish come into a Kelp Forest where they see and hear divers and turn tail. The reserves are only a small fraction of the area and you would have plenty of sites to dive and enjoy your sport. I hope we don't do a half hearted effort to make these reserves work and we put our best foot forward the first time.
