well, i have dove and fished all of these areas . if you want to help stop the drag netters. i went diving in an area that had an abundance of large fish . the next day the netter showed up and we watched all the fish in that area was gone.
i went back this weekend and that area is still absent of all life ,but alot of skelotens are still there. get rid of davis and drop the limits to 10 rockfish 5 bass and 15 in total and watch what happens . the seabass have made a come back and so have the halbut. so why do you say that limits dont work ?
we all are for the same help ,but why goto such extremes?
we need consevation not idiotic extreme measures.
now with these closeures watch what happens to the reefs that did'nt get closed.
