If there are no winter storms, it is the best time of year with great visibility.
The Yukon is now beautifully grown in with Metridium anemones. The Ruby E is a riot of color. La Jolla Cove reserve is a fantastic dive and Point Loma diving is excellent
Ocean Enterprises and Aqua Tech are good dive shops.
